How do I add multiple rows to the main output of a tJava component?

Sorry, when looking back the question wasn't that clear. I wrote it in the context of another thread of mine: 4500 - though I'd consider this a separate issue.
Basically, I'd like to take an input row and use its data to output multiple rows. I'm not sure how to begin and I'm looking for guidance. I figured tJava or tJavaFlex would be the place to start for the poor mans component.
I'm trying to build the component described in that thread. I need to overcome this road block to get started.
Forgot to mention that the link provided seems to be doing the reverse of what I'm for.

Thanks for the example. Its not what I'm looking for though. I'm looking to create multiple rows from the single row. Your example still is 1:1 on the input to output rows.
