How do i convert my joblet to custom component?

I have created joblet for contextload under reference project that is being used by multiple project.

How do i convert my joblet to custom component?

Goal is that I dont want any developers to see what is beneath that joblet. how can I do that?

Hi,

There is no shortcut to transform a joblet or any other part of job to a custom component.
I'm afraid the only way is to create this component from crash as anyone.
