How talend esb hosts all webservice and provides other application to call

hi all:

 here i have two applications: one is CRM, one is ERP.

 CRM provides soap based web-services for other systems.

 how can i hosts CRM webservices in talend esb, and how can ERP system 

call them through Talend?

 e.g.the CRM provides http://192.168.1.100/services//services/HelloWorldService?wsdl

       the talend esb proxy like http://192.168.1.99/services//services/HelloWorldService?wsdl

       the ERP system calls 192.168.1.99 not 100.
