How to Configure tSalesForceOutputulk similar to existing configuration of tSalesforceoutput.

Hello Folks

I am replacing the existing functionality of tSalesforceOutput with the combination of tSalesforceOutputBulk and tSalesforceBulkExec

However, I am facing issue while replicating the same configuration from tSalesforceOutput to tSalesforceOutputBulk.

Lookup Feild Name is the column missing from tSalesforceOutputBulk when compared with tSalesforceoutput. 

How can I add the above mentioned column. 

Please find the screenshot below: The highlighted column is missing in tSalesforceoutputbulk.

You don't need it.
Just fill in the proposed area with appropriate informations, it works.
