How to Load the entity having 300+ columns to redshift table

Hi,

I am trying to Load the entity having 310 columns to red-shift table from source (.CSV, .XLSX) by using Talend 6.0.

I am  ending up with the error message too many columns.please find the attached screenshots.

Any help can be appreciate.

your message does not say too many columns, but to much characters in 1 field , which size is, when i might guess varchar(7)
