How to connect MS SQL server express 2014 to talend

I am unable to connect MS sql server to talend tool using windows authentication option. I got the error msg"Connection failure. You must change the Database Settings." Pls help

Pleaes provide the details of the error, you may need to use the " instance=SQLEXPRESS" in the connection string.
