How to create Route Test case?

I have created a Route which calls cTalnedJob (Which validate the XML using XSD validator). The route is working fine after which I selected the cTalendJob and created a test case and provided the context values for input and reference. When running the test case it is not working. Can anyone shed some light on this, please?

input_file1 : XML file

reference_file1 : output XML file

Error Message: tXSDValidator_1 null
