How to extract values from XML string?

Hello,

I'm trying to extract XML field values from tESBConsumer, which is outputting a SOAP response in a continuous string within a document.  I'm able to extract the body of each response using the settings and configuration in the attached screenshots.  However I've tried many configurations and components but am unable to produce a csv file of only tracking numbers.

If it helps, I have a repository schema from FedEx for the SOAP response, I just can't seem to figure out how to make use of it.

Yes, some sample soap body would help to understand the need better.
