How to resolve error on talend " an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH"

Hello,

I have encountered this error ' an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH' while testing a web service on job talend.However this error returns an error of protocol.Can someone help me out please?
