Impossible to create a case

Hello,

I would like to create a case or to follow an existing Talend case (00316713) :

When I select "Manage Cases" I am redirected to :

Could you please tell me how to do that ?

We are paying a platinum support and we are unable to create a simple ticket...

according to that photo you are not logged in....you need to have a Qlik ID/login setup:
