yes, in the output file there's the APPEND option, if you want to add a new line but with the same schema of the other lines that y have inside the file...or if it have a different schema y can make something like: tFIleInputDelimited---->TMap---->tFileOutputDelimited in the tMAp y can create a variable with the new line and y can simply add to your Output file
