Insert complete file into Oracle CLOB

Dear i have the following problem to resolve, insert a complete file contain into a Oracle database clob field.
Did you have any idea to deal with ?

hi,
I have an issue when I'm trying to insert a long xml records (over 4000 bytes each) into oracle DB where I have column with datatype XMLTYPE.
original input is a file with xml.
