J'ai un souci pour installer la webconsole sur karaf ( runtime talend ) , version 4.4.6 :

When you read the documentation a bit you see that you have to do feature:install http before doing feature:install webconsole
I just tested it locally and it works.
For the error you are getting since I can't reproduce it 😞 I can't help you much except advise you to contact Talend support directly if you have subscribed to a license or you can look on the internet.
