Issue while opening TALEND STUDIO 6.2.1 in local machine

Hi All,
I just have upgraded my Talend Studio from 5.6.2 to 6.2.1. After installing the studio i an unable to open any projects or jobs as an error is prompting with LOG.
i have pasted the log that i am getting. kindly help me out.

Are you using talend subscription version? You cannot connect to the TAC with the 6.2 Studio?

Replying on behlaf of Nabaruna,
We are able to open TAC and its absolutely fine.
Connection creation in studio is fine. Able to open the project and see the jobs but after that its throwing error saying 
" org.talend.commons.exception.PersistenceException: Unable to access to url  " .
Posted the screenshot of the other error which we are getting along with connectivity

May be because of our client restrictions we are unable to post it.
