Joblet Designer missing

Hello,
I cannot find Joblet Designer between the Job Designs & Contexts trees within Talend Design Studio. Can someone point me to how this can be missing from the Repository tab.
Your help is appreciated!

you can only use joblet in TIS.
Are you working with TIS ? if 'yes' , which version ?
work for me on :
"Talend Integration Suite - Enterprise Edition"
Version: 4.0.1
