Jobs not in sync with repository contents

I am using a local connection.

After merging my contents to the bitbucket repository master branch and executing 'git pull' command the changes are successfully reflected in the workspace folder and even in the bitbucket repository but not in the Talend GUI.

Is there any problem in the way I am importing an existing project?
