Jobs that are deployed from artifacts always hangs on "Requesting run" in the job job conductor for up to 40 minutes before running?

Hello,

 

When  running jobs that were deployed from artifacts on Nexus or from .zip files they always hand for a really long time on "Requesting run" part before running. We are using TAC 6.3.1 What might be the problem?

Harish,

 

Were you able to find the resolution to the Requesting run issue?. We do have same issue in our environment. if at all it got fixed, how it it got fixed.

Hello,

 

We fixed it by downloading a patch, but we can't remember the details of it.

We were on version 6.3.1 and i think i remember someone saying it'd be included in later versions

 

Don't know if this helps.
