Load data from ftp and http robot to postgres tabkes

Hi ,
I am new to this scenario to develop in talend, below is my requirements please give some inputs and I am using linux machine. Using Talend DI

Which components in Talend are needed for
1) optimum file transfer using FTP
2) HTTP Robot ( data transfer by logging into third party website) and load it to postgres tables
