Log in Error

HI , 

I am able to login into https://app.eu.cloud.talend.com/portal in the first tab of chrome browser , but when I press "Login in with Talend Cloud" on studio it is generating the error

Hello,

We need a little bit more information to address your issue.
Is it a new Talend Cloud account and this is the first time you try to login or Is it a problem related to a Talend Cloud account that exists for a while , and you were able to login to in a recent past?
Was the license renewed / modified recently?

This is an existing Talend Cloud.  However this is the first time I am authenticating. What are the normal steps to authenticate

Hello,

Could you please check the TMC page Users & Security" the users defined and emails? Please make sure that the email provided in the Qlik login page MUST match the email of the “TMC User”.

Hi Team,
The error screenshot indicates that it is redirecting to the US region. If you can access https://app.eu.cloud.talend.com/, kindly choose the EU region during login.
