Mainclass not found or not loades

Hello,

I'm a Talend-newbie and using Talend Open Studio for BigData in Version 6.4.1. If I run a job I get often the error "Could not find or load main class".

Java -version shows

java version "1.8.0_144"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_144-b01)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.144-b01, mixed mode)

What could cause this error and how do I solve the error?

I believe the Talend studio unable to generate back end java code for the Talend component.

Hi,

you're right. This was caused by a corrupt jar File of an extern module.
