Move data stored in excels using Talend from One Drive cloud base app to a MSSQL DB

I want to create a connection in Talend using a url-uri component to connect to One Drive excel then migrate it into MSSQL DB. I am struggling to find any connections that suits this. Any advice?

I have tried tRest, tFileFetch. tPost,tHttpRequest but none seem to work. Is this something I can currently achieve within Talend?
