Not able to extract attachment from Mail file(xyz.mail)

I'm not able to fetch the attachment from (xyz.mail) which is stored in my Explorer.

CSV File i have received and i have downloaded mail using tPOP but not able to extract the attachment CSV file from that email file.

can you open the .mail file in a text editor?
and analyse if the attachent is included or not.

did you try new job just tFileInputMail default config with your file?

No changes occured ! after developing the new job and configured the tFileInputMail, still not extracting attachment.
