OnSubjobOk with files being appended

Hello.

I want to build a Job, that will create some excel files.

Those excel files are beight appended. 

I want to start a subjob after the first excel files is completed, and so on, bu if I use onsubjobok on the first excel file, the subjobs starts, if if the first excel files is not finished.

How can we solve this?
