Perspective is Empty

The photo below shows that my talend space is empty.

I have tried windows > reset perspective and right click "reset" on current perspective.

What may be the problem and solution?

I have never seen this but please try this:

Stop the studio and move away (as backup) the folders: <studio-root>/configuration/org.eclipse.*

All these will be new created by the studio and containing a lot of eclipse foundation data -> exactly those which could potentially cause your problem.
