Preformance using postgres

Hi,

I am using Postgres Db to load my data from one table to another.
Its a very simple ETL with source-map-destination.No complex logic.
The talend job is loading the data with 80rows/sec,so to load 600,000 records is taking more than 2 hrs.
Please suggest me to improve the performace of my ETL job.

Hi,

How did you set "Use Batch Size" option in Advanced Settings of tPostgreOutput component?
This option is used to activate the batch mode for data processing. When it is checked out, you can type in the number you need to define the batch size to be processed.
