Problem with start of talend TOS_BD-win-x86_64

Hi, 
When i start the The TOS_win-x86_64, i  receive the message in picture.
Now, what i should do ?
Im sure that my system is 64bits
the value of Path

Hi,
Could you please indicate what's BD build version you are using? V 6.2.1? Are you using Window7 64 bit?

I use the 6.3.0 version. 
In beginning, when i unzipp the file (TOS_BD-20161026_1219-V6.3.0) , i receive the message in attachement.
i think that the problem has begun here.
My system is 64 bits.

Hi,
What's the  decompression tool you are using? Are you using  third-party ZIP extractor to unzip it, such as, 7-zip or winrar?

We cannot repro this issue on our side. [font=Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif] Could you please try to type :[/font]  java  - version in commandline to see if your java environment is set correctly?
