Protocol violation - urgently need some advice

Hi we are running ETL version 6.2.1  .  we had this error.  It is not consistent on one table.  It change table every time we run a job flow. It could be driver issue, but what type of issue and how to solve this issue.

HI we already follow the instruction to use the ojdbc7.  Still got error

Oracle support say..it is caused is similar to this.
