I am trying to setup a generic ODBC connection in Talend OS Data Integration 5.4.1.
I created an ODBC DSN to Quickbase via QuNect (called it QuNect). However, when entering parameters in Talend for new DB Connection, I am unable to connect.
I am able to connect to the ODBC connection via SSIS and other tools though.
The connection string:
jdbc
dbc:QuNect
Note that Mapping File is left blank. I did try with MSODBC
I have tried entering user/pass and also without but still no change.
Error is: Connection Failure. You must change the Database Settings

Is there any more error info when you click on "Details" from your Database Connection Configuration?
