Unable to connect to SAP HANA database

Hi Experts WISH U HAPPY NEW YEAR TO U ALL,
When i am configuring connection to SAP HANA Database. It is throwing error: Connection Failure,Change database setting.
Please try solve this Issue.

Host name or port correct? This error happens usually if the connection it self cannot be established because of network problems or misconfiguration of network related config.
Please ask the administrators of this database about the correct network configuration parameters.
