ROW REJECTED BY THIS VALUE 30/360

Hi Folks,

 In my excel column values are like 30/360.

 When i set string datatype for this particular column.

 When I ran the job it rejected my records. 

 What is the suitable datatype for this values(30/360)

what is the error message ?

It shows like input string "30/360".
