Run Talend job in Airflow

We have Jobs created in Talend . We are looking to work on POC to run those Talend jobs in Airflow .

Can someone who has worked on it , please guide the steps

I have gone through the document .. But not clear on download_job.sh .. 

Everytime the dag runs is it gonna download the job from nexus everytime?
