Run Talend logserver as a Windows service

Hello together,
one of our customers uses Talend Studio for Data Integration (Enterprise) v5.1.4.
When we installed the software, we were using the manual installation process. Since then, we have Problems with the logserver. We are not able to run the logserver (logstash) as a Windows Service. There is a section in the documentation which describes the manual installation process. But there is only a description of how to start the logserver manually as a batch file.
We then tried to build a jsl_static.ini file to run the component as a service. But it doesn't work. We are able to debug the ini file successfully, but when we install it (jsl_static - install), it doesn't work. When we start the service over services.msc, it gets stuck in the "starting" phase.
Is there any other way to deploy the logserver as a Windows service?
Regards
Julian

Are you referring to this document:TalendHelpCenter:Talend Log Server? Have you already reported a ticket on Talend Support Portal?
Best regards
