SFDC Attachment upload using Talend

Hi Team,
I'm trying to upload attachment (image / pdf / csv) into sales force through talend.
But upon checking the components list in Talend, I couldn't find any particular component for attachment upload into SF.  I have handled SF table load through talend using tsalesforceInput / output components, but this attachment upload is being a problem for me.
Request you to share any sample jobs handling SF attachment upload or any components in Talend to do that.

Have you tried to upload files in Salesforce into "Attachment" Object using tSalesforceOutput?
