Send XMl to a SOAP WS with tXMLMap : envelope is missing

Hi,
I'm trying to send some xml to a webservice to create a user.
The tXMLMap output is :

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<createUser><User><Name>username</Name></User></createUser>

And i have the error :

<S:Fault xmlns:S="" xmlns:ns4=""><faultcode>S:Client</faultcode><faultstring>Couldn't create SOAP message due to exception: unexpected XML tag. expected: {}Envelope but found: {}createUser</faultstring></S:Fault>

Where should i pass the envelope?

What's your input XML file? Could you please show us your job design screenshots? How did you set tXMLMap component?
