Setting a Context variable dinamically, Salesforce OAUTH 2.0 login popup. HELP A ROOKIE

Hi everyone,

This is the scenario:

I run the windows batch and a message tells me to insert the directory that will contain my .csv to upload to salesforce and  I'd like to use the Oauth 2.0, so I imagine a sort of pop-up to let me log in.
Is there any way to make it?

Any links or resources would be great.
I want to thank the community in advance. I'm trying to get better at ETL and your help is precious.
Thanks again,
ochiatt
