Support of a local repository (Nexus) to proxy Talend’s hosted repository of additional Studio libraries

In Winter'20 release, Talend introduced - Support of a local repository (Nexus) to proxy Talend’s hosted repository of additional Studio libraries.

I have not been able to find more info. about it. Has anybody tried this or has more details for how to set it up? 

Is this something you configure in CICD pipeline or in Talend Management Cloud?
