TAC - Connection to Generator failed

Talend version - 6.1.1.
SVN Version - svn, version 1.6.11 (r934486)
CentOS release 6.7 (Final)
I've all the required permissions & ownership of SVN repository for the user running TAC.
Though able to logonProject, buildJob, executeJob from commandline shell. Also able to create and save(commit) jobs in TIS.
But, while generating job in TAC - Job Conductor, getting below error : Failed to login to CommandLine : org.talend.commons.exception.PersistenceException: org.tigris.subversion.javahl.ClientException: svn: E200030: READONLY at org.talend.repository.svnprovider.SvnEclipseHandler.update(SvnEclipseHandler.java:329) at org.talend.repository.svnprovider.SvnEclipseHandler.update(SvnEclipseHandler.java:298) at org.talend.repository.svnprovider.SvnBaseRepositoryFactory.beforeLogon(SvnBaseRepositoryFactory.java:328) at org.talend.repository.remoteprovider.RemoteRepositoryFactory.delegateBeforeLogon2(RemoteRepositoryFactory.java:360) at org.talen

How do i login into Talend Support Portal for reporting a ticket. What would be login credentilals.
Tried login into talend support portal with  talend forum login credeatials. 
MSG received - No customer with this credential
Please help, since we are atruck with this issue since long.

You need to   get in touch with  your Talend representative for your support  login credeatials.(not talend forum)
