[TOS 6.4] tMicrosoftCrmInput: Add AzureAD ClientSecret for Dynamics 365

hopefully someone can help me on this issue.
My customer tries to connect to Dynamics 365 and read data using tMicrosoftCrmInput. In Talend 7.0 there is a field to provide a client secret (Application secret) from an app registration, but in 6.4 this field is missing. There is only a field for the Client ID (Application ID).
How can i provide this essential information in the older version? Upgrading to 7.0+ sadly is not an option on the customers side for now.
