TOS 7.3.1 hangs when accepting licence agreement

I just installed the new TOS 7.3.1 version.

When starting the splash screen appears then the screen with the licence.

Upon pressing the "I accept" button nothing happens. TOS hangs.

Until now I worked with TOS 7.2.1

I updated java.security to allow 256 bit encryption to fix this problem.

Hi

I have the same problem, I check already my Java version and found it is old one and updated it to 8 261.

But TSO yet stocked in the agreement page?
