Talend ELT Components?

Are ELT components(tELTHiveInput, tELTHiveMap and tELToHiveoutput) are going to run as map reduce jobs are they are going to run as stand alone jobs.

Talend uses the power of MapReduce with the ELT components for Hive. (tELTHiveInput, tELTHiveMap and tELTHiveOutput)
