Talend ESB: cMessagingEndpoint Salesforce component : unable to subscribe to CDC Event

I have created a simple POC to subscribe to the CDC event on the Contact Object. I am performing this POC in the open-source Talend ESB 7.3.1. The intention is to use this POC to have us purchase the professional version.

I am able to successfully authenticate to my Salesforce Sandbox but receive an error when I try to perform the subscription step. The error is "Error subscribing to /data/ContactChangeEvent: {httpCode=500}". I have attached the full error message from the console I was able to verify the the SF sandbox is set up correctly by using emp to perform the same function.

Hello,

Not sure that camel-salesforce component support subscribing to CDC events. We will make an investigation on it and then come back to you as soon as possible.
