Talend Job Server won't run latest version

I ran into an issue where Talend Job server won't run the latest job version higher than 0.9. I had to manually select version 0.12. Upon looking into Artifact repository I noticed that the sort order isn't numerical but alphabetical. Anyone have seen this?

Is there any error message for that? Could you please clarify in which Talend version/edition you are?
