Talend Job run from CMD for dynamic structure of the table

Hi All,

Can we run this following scenario for Talend job in command line ?

Say you have 100 columns in table and need to replicate only 10 columns on 1st run. 2nd run you need to replicate 11 columns. Can you change the table structure on XML template during 1st    &   2nd run ?

It is impossible to change the table structure out of studio, you have to define columns to map the fields which is selected in the query.
