Talend Load Balancer Implementation

Hi All

We are calling Talend jobs from Web Portal. For Talend jobs we have multiple server on which it will be called & executed.
Please advise how could we implement the load Balancing.

If you're using open studio, you'll need to implement load balancing yourself
