Talend to load ODS (Operation Data Store)

New to Talend. Looking for any "best practices" for loading 3NF Operation Data Store DB. Ex. Job design for Parent/child table loading, subjobs vs. joblets etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the component reference TalendHelpCenter:tRunJob with scenarios?
