There are no available Cloud Engines

Hello

I'm trying to schedule jobs in TMC. I'm getting below error for all jobs.

"There are no available Cloud Engines"

1. We are using Talend cloud 7.1.1 platform for data integration

2. We have installed remote engine on AWS machine and remote engine is paired in TMC

3. We have all ports opened on the AWS machine for communication

4. We are trying to read data from mysql which is on another RDS instance in AWS and SFDC

5. Initially I was thinking mysql is on other AWS so we might need some port to be opened there but SFDC is also not working

6. This is not a REST or SAOP it is just read from Account object and schedule it into TMC and run from TMC

Let me know if you need any more details

Also how do I login to premium support?

Thanks

Smita

Hello,

Could you please show us your license information? Does the default environment show there are engines allocated and engines left to allocate?

Please have a look at this article to login to support portal and create a support case:https://community.talend.com/t5/Architecture-Best-Practices-and/Creating-a-Support-case-in-Salesforc...
