Tmap Join with expression Key

I would like an outer join with ToracleInput and tMap.
My relation is like
table1.CODE == LEFT(table.NAME,3)
IF i put this on expression filter i have only the matched rows...
How can i do to have also the complete set for table1 ??

You may add a tJavaRow between tOracleInput and tMap in row5.

output_row.SLS_TERR_CODE=StringHandleing.LEFT(input_row.SLS_TERR_CODE,3);

Then set tMap as the following image.
