Unable to create Joblet on version 6.4.1

I've just installed stuido version 6.4.1.20170623_1246

 

When I open a new project (remote), and go to create a new standard joblet I get a weird looking canvas, combined with an error icon and details section which shows the following exception (jdk1.8.0_141)

 

Have I got something setup wrong? or is this a bug?
