Unable to deploy Job from Jobconductor in TAC

Hi,

Whenever  i am trying to export a job zip file in TAC , the job is getting generated but when i am trying to run the job through job conductor it always as "Awaiting+frozen status" and the job never runs.

i have restarted the TAC /jobserver/tomcat and tried numerous times but not able to get whats the issue. 

Since the job is not running , no logs are also there.

Can anyone help.PFA the screenshot.

Hello,

Did you get this issue on Linux? Could you please check if there is jmx error in TAC technical log?
