Unable to log any logs messages on current Talend Integration Cloud??

Hi, 

  I have been using Talend integration cloud form past 5 months. Initial i use twarn component to log the logs on TIC and they used to display on All logs.

But now i using tactionlog , twarn components to log none of the logs is displaying on any logs

I don't a know the reason but it started working onces i change the work space
